Nonprofit and Social Enterprise Practice Leader and CFO
Dorcas Riley, CPA, MBA, has joined the firm as Practice Leader and CFO in the Nonprofit and Social Enterprise Practice. Dorcas has 30 years of experience as a senior finance executive with a unique background in the nonprofit sector, banking, and general business, as well as Big4 experience.

Before joining the Charles River CFO team, Dorcas was a financial executive within the MaineHealth system and CFO of nonprofits, corporations and community banks. Dorcas has a proven track record of driving financial reporting and operations efficiencies. She is fluent in preparing pro forma case analyses, managing audit readiness, and ensuring nonprofit grant compliance. She is also skilled at leading high-performance teams to achieve goals.
In addition to her professional experience, Dorcas is a certified public accountant (CPA) and has an MBA from Cornell University.
